Dwelco AI is an AI-powered home appliance maintenance and inventory app — a Digital Twin for your home. Snap a photo of any appliance or system, and Hoot, our home AI, identifies the product, tracks its warranty, schedules your home appliance maintenance reminders, and keeps an always-current digital record of everything you own.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You can add up to 15 items with full AI identification, maintenance scheduling, a Maintenance Health score, and 5 Hoot chats per day. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready for unlimited items, unlimited Hoot chats, and advanced features.
How does AI scanning work?
Point your phone camera at any appliance, product box, or receipt. Hoot's vision AI identifies the brand, model, estimated lifespan, and correct maintenance intervals automatically. No typing required.
Is my home data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and scoped to your household with row-level security. Dwelco AI does not sell, share, or monetize your personal or home data with any third parties.
Can I use Dwelco AI for multiple homes?
Yes. Pro accounts support multiple homes. Property managers and landlords can manage entire portfolios with role-based access — invite a spouse as an Editor, a tenant as a Viewer, or a contractor with limited access. Everyone stays in sync without sharing full account access.
What is a home digital twin?
A home digital twin is a complete, AI-maintained virtual record of every significant asset in your home — appliances, systems, and fixtures — including model numbers, purchase dates, warranty expiration dates, maintenance history, and estimated remaining lifespan. Dwelco AI creates your home's digital twin automatically, starting from a single photo of any appliance or data plate.
What is the Verified Maintenance Score?
The Verified Maintenance Score™ is a live health score that reflects the overall condition of your home's assets. It is calculated from each appliance's age, manufacturer-recommended maintenance intervals, and your actual service history logged in Dwelco AI. A higher score means your home is well-maintained; a declining score surfaces specific items that need attention before they fail.
